Before you spend 6 months and several thousand dollars on a therapist—let’s talk.
Therapy can be life-changing, but it can also be confusing: Gottman, EFT, CBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, Discernment counseling…sometimes sorting through the alphabet soup feels like a research project.
When men tell me therapy “didn’t work,” it’s usually because the help they sought wasn’t aligned with what they truly needed.
My role is to help you understand your needs and get you connected to the right kind of support—so your investment of time, money, and energy actually pays off.

Maybe you’ve tried therapy before.
Maybe you liked your therapist as a person—but didn’t feel like things were really moving forward.
Or maybe you stopped after a few sessions because you weren’t sure what you were supposed to be doing there.
Here’s the truth: therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. The difference between a life-changing experience and a disappointing one often comes down to how well the approach matches your specific needs.
Some therapists specialize in deep emotional processing. Others help you build structure and practical tools. Some work best with couples on the brink. Others help men heal trauma, rebuild trust, or move through cycles of anger, avoidance, or shame.
If you don’t know the landscape, it’s easy to end up in the wrong room.

In a 60–90 minute consultation, we’ll take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
Together, we’ll:
Clarify your goals. What’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change.
Identify key patterns. The emotional, relational, or situational dynamics that shape your experience.
Map the right kind of help. Whether that’s trauma-informed therapy, structured coaching, or couples work.
Connect you directly. I’ll make warm introductions to 2–3 professionals in my network who fit your personality, needs, and current situation.
By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of what kind of help you need—and who’s most equipped to provide it.

As a Certified Divorce Coach® and Men’s Relational Leadership Coach, I’ve spent thousands of hours helping men navigate relationship crisis, personal growth, and emotional repair.
I’m not here to sell you therapy.
I’m here to help you find the right kind of therapy—or coaching, or support—that actually fits where you are and where you want to go.
