The Men’s Roundtable

A space for men to get clear, get honest, and stay grounded in the work.

What is this group?

The Men’s Roundtable is a free, invite-only space for men currently in therapy, coaching, or navigating personal or relational transition.

We meet twice a month over Zoom for 75 minutes. Each session is lightly guided and centers around honest, grounded conversation with other men doing inner work.

This is not therapy, and it’s not a coaching program.

It’s a space to connect, reflect, and grow in a way that supports—not replaces—the work you’re already doing.

What happens in a Roundtable session?

Each Roundtable session includes:

  • A short teaching on a core theme of relational growth (attachment, emotional intelligence, conflict, nervous system regulation, or polarity)

  • A personal anecdote from the facilitator about how this concept shows up in relationships

  • Space for sharing, questions, and a “hot seat” where one man brings something he's currently facing

There’s no pressure to speak, and there’s no advice-giving.

Just honest dialogue, reflection, and presence.

Who it’s for

This space is for men who are:

  • Engaged in therapy or personal growth work

  • Facing relationship strain, uncertainty, or disconnection

  • Feeling stuck, reactive, or misunderstood

  • Ready to build emotional awareness and grounded relational leadership

Whether you’re working to repair your relationship—or making sense of a possible separation—this group is here to support your clarity, growth, and strength.

How to join

To keep the group intentional and aligned, participation begins with a short intro call.

We’ll spend 15–20 minutes getting to know each other, talking about what you’re currently facing, and making sure the group feels like the right fit.
