Upcoming Events & Gatherings
Opportunities to step away from the noise, meet other good men, and do the work — together.
From book discussions to men’s circles, paintball, and quiet walks in the woods, each gathering offers a different way to reconnect with yourself and your community.
Men’s Paintball Meetup
Monthly Outdoor Adventure · Lake Norman Paintball
Join a group of great guys for an afternoon of connection, challenge, and fun. Whether you’ve played before or it’s your first time, this is a chance to step out of your routine, meet other men, and face a little healthy fear — the kind that comes from doing something new that might sting a bit.
All gear is provided — no equipment needed. The $40 fee covers your air, marker, mask, and paintballs. Just bring water, an optional snack, and wear clothing you don’t mind getting dirty.
When: Monthly · RSVP required 48 hours in advance
Where: Lake Norman Paintball, NC
Cost: ~$40 per person (paid at the field)
Come ready to play hard, laugh loud, and connect with men who are doing life with intention.
Reach out to james@innerstate.life with any questions or to RSVP.
The Men’s Roundtable
Weekly Men’s Book Club & Discussion
Join a circle of men committed to growth, honesty, and deeper connection. Each week we explore a powerful book on masculinity, relationships, and personal leadership — with space for real conversation about how these ideas show up in everyday life.
You don’t need to have all the answers (or even have finished the reading). Just come ready to listen, reflect, and engage.
When: Mondays · 7:30–9:00 PM ET
Where: Held via Zoom
Current Book: The Masculine in Relationship by GS Youngblood
This isn’t therapy — it’s a community of men choosing to grow with integrity, accountability, and presence.

The Men's Circle
In-Person Gathering for Men
A space for men to connect face-to-face, slow down, and practice being fully present — with themselves and with each other.
Each month, we gather for food, honest conversation, and guided experiences that help men reconnect with their strength, clarity, and purpose. It’s not therapy, and it’s not a lecture — it’s real men’s work, grounded in presence and community.
Arrive early to grab pizza and meet other men before we begin.
When: Thursday, November 20th · 6:30–9:30 PM
Where: Charlotte, NC (exact location shared upon RSVP)
