BOOKS, BROTHERHOOD & PERSONAL GROWTH
The Men’s Roundtable
Exploring masculinity, relationships, and personal leadership through powerful books and honest conversation.
Why This Group Exists
Most men don’t have spaces where they can be honest, reflect deeply, and connect with other men about the things that really matter—relationships, purpose, leadership, and how to show up fully in life.
The Men’s Roundtable was created to change that.
It’s a structured, book-based discussion group that helps men explore powerful ideas while building meaningful connections with one another.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not a class. It’s a circle of men, learning and growing together through conversation, reflection, and the shared wisdom of books that have stood the test of time.
What It Feels Like
Imagine showing up on a Monday night with a group of men who are also navigating growth, transition, or relational challenges. Together, you unpack a chapter of a book, share insights, ask questions, and consider how these lessons apply to your own life.
You’ll leave not only with new ideas but with the encouragement that comes from being surrounded by men who understand the path you’re on. Over time, these conversations become something more than “a book club”—they become a brotherhood.
Our Reading Journey
Each year, the Roundtable walks through four cornerstone books that shape our discussions:
1. No More Mr. Nice Guy (Dr. Robert Glover) – Break free from approval-seeking and reclaim your authentic self.
2. King, Warrior, Magician, Lover (Robert Moore & Douglas Gillette) – A roadmap to the four core strengths of mature masculinity.
3. The Way of the Superior Man (David Deida) – A practical guide to purpose, intimacy, and masculine presence.
4. The Masculine in Relationship (GS Youngblood) – Modern tools for leading with strength, clarity, and grounded love.
Together, these books form a pathway that helps men build confidence, clarity, and deeper connection—within themselves and in their relationships.
Current Book
We are currently reading The Masculine in Relationship and will continue with this book through the end of the calendar year. Our next read will be No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover, starting Jan 2026.

Marco Polo is a private video-messaging app we use to stay connected between meetings.
It’s like a mix between texting and FaceTime — you record short video messages that others can watch and respond to whenever they have time.In the Roundtable, it’s a space for real-time reflection, accountability, and encouragement.
Men share insights from the week, ask questions, or check in when something feels hard or worth celebrating. You don’t have to post daily — just use it as a way to stay in the rhythm of the work and keep connection alive between our meetings.
-
Men committed to growth — whether in relationship, fatherhood, leadership, or personal development. You don’t need to be in crisis or transition; you just need a desire to show up and do the work alongside other men.
-
No. This is a coaching-based community for learning and practice. We read together, reflect together, and challenge each other to live what we’re learning — it complements therapy but is not a replacement for it.
